IN DEPTH 1:1 COACHING

This type of coaching is an all encompassing experience that requires an in depth, hands on approach to training, movement, lifestyle, and mindset. We utilize thorough communication between coach and lifter to prioritize and manage the big picture and create a long term and lasting effect.

We only take on a small number of clients at a time in order to have quality relationships that are more than just quick feedback texts. We will focus on thoughtfully planned out goals to work on every month in order to continuously improve you as a lifter and integrate your lifestyle that will help support your goals.

Upon initiation of services, you will meet with your coach to get connected and create a training cycle game plan. We will dissect recent training footage to discover your movement faults. This lets us know what weak point exercises, technical changes, and much more we will need to implement. Then we will discuss goals and create a timeline to carry out a macrocycle oriented around everything from your desired competition dates, nutritional goals, off-seasons, and everything else.

We are only seeking clients who are looking to dedicate themselves to the process. If you are just looking for a program and quick ticket to a short term goal, this isn’t for you. We coach not just an amazing periodized program but also focus on extremely thorough form critique, mindset, execution, long-term thinking, and developing the athlete as a whole. Body & mind. This is an immersive experience only for the extremely passionate. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is nutrition included?

The general coaching service does include nutrition & mindset checks but does not include individualization of macronutrient and calorie prescriptions and adjustments. If you are looking for nutritional guidance to meet specific body composition or performance goals, it is an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are on an auto renew system every month. If you need to cancel your coaching package, a 30 day notice is required prior to the next rolling payment cycle.

How long before I see results? How long should I expect to stay?

This answer varies drastically from person to person based on multiple factors including training age, technical proficiency, goals, current fitness etc. As with most things, the results will come with time and effort. It is recommended to be patient with the process and not expect to see dramatic results until at least 3 months of work. My most successful clients have been with me for 1-2+ years because it is a dynamic process and the longer we work together the better I can learn how your body responds. This is why we require a 3 month commitment upon initiation.

Who is this service for? Do I need experience?

This coaching service is for anybody who is looking to gain knowledge and confidence with a barbell to transform their strength, body, and mind. This is for those who can adhere to a program and check in process. We work with powerlifters (beginners to advanced), general strength lifters, and anyone else who is looking for a long term, goal oriented process in the gym. While experience is not required, it can be beneficial since this service is fully remote and may make it difficult for a complete beginner to learn the foundations of movement.
